Johnson B is a populist as well as a scunner, so no surprise that the hearts' desire of the most vociferous and ignorant motorists is high up his list. He also favours allowing the better off illegal immigrants to remain. Votes and funding, the man knows his politics - eh, What! Crickey . . .
