Read an interesting review in The Guardian ….

I was going to comment on an extremely perceptive review by David Marquand of Vernon Bogdanor’s “The Coalition and the Constitution” which appears on page 8 of the Guardian’s Review section. But after ten minutes of unsuccessfully trying to find it on www.guardian.co.uk so that I could link to it, the urge has passed…….

Dear Lord Harris
Thank you for being a rare voice of common sense in this debate. It is a shame that Ed Miliband and Yvette Cooper do not have the guts to agree with you.
Re-opening this case is a waste of money and resources, and will lead to more xenophobia from the tabloids, stirring up bad relations between Portugal and Britain.
