Is stealing information a breach of anything?
It seems quite extraordinarily unlikely that CCHQ or Guido Fawkes show any respect for the Data protection Act, or any other which stands in the way of their various purposes.
One can buy details from the PNC for the price of a drink. Large cocktails, John. They use the Phoenix system which I am trying to hack.
